Sports according to Will as of 9:00 Saturday
NHL
Today is the first day of free agent frenzy in the NHL.
So far not much has happened – although Columbus has hired Mike Babcock, his first NHL job since his unceremonious departure from Toronto.
It's official. ✔️

MLB
The Jays play the Red Sox at noon today, but that isn’t what Prince George cares about right now.
The Chicago Cubs and Jared Young play the Cleveland Guardians at 4:15 this afternoon, after blowing them out of the water 10-1 yesterday.
Young hit a triple and a single in the game – became the second Cub since 1901 to have a homerun and two triples in his first three games of a season.
The Cubs are 38-42, fourth in the NL Central.
The Jays are 45-38, trailing the Yankees by a single game for third in the AL East.
Toronto lost to the Sox 5-0 yesterday.
NBA
It is also NBA free agent season.
Former Raptor Fred VanVleet is headed to Houston.
Admittedly I am not much of a basketball guy, you can find the full list of moves here.
