PG sets a high temperature record for a 3rd consecutive day

A 27-year-old temperature record in Prince George fell today (Monday).

According to Environment Canada’s preliminary information, P.G. reached a high of 13.9 degrees, breaking the old March 18th record of 13.4 in 1997.

(Prince George was one of 23 communities across the province to set a March 18th temperature record)

This comes off the heels where Prince George set two new temperature records on the weekend; 16.8 degrees on March 16th and 20.2 on March 17th.

There will be a change in the weather pattern that will result in cooler temperatures for the rest of the week.

The P.G. forecast is here.
