Ty Edmonds made 30 saves and Brogan O’Brien notched a goal and an assist to lead the Prince George Cougars to a 2-1 victory over the Kelowna Rockets.
The 7-6 Cougars finished a four game road trip 2-2.
O’Brien tallied the winner midway thru the third period and set up Jesse Gabrielle’s team high 10th goal in the first.
For Gabrielle, it was his league-leading 4th shorthanded goal of the season.
The Cougars next game will be Monday when they host the Lethbridge Hurricanes.
