The Prince George Cougars play five of their next six games on the road. The 6-4 Cougars visit Seattle Friday and Vancouver Saturday. P.G. is just a point behind second place Kamloops in the BC Division.

Jansen Harkins of the P.G. Cougars is tied for 2nd in WHL scoring (2 goals, 13 assists) one point ahead of linemate Chase Witala (5 goals, 9 assists). The third member of the top line, Jari Erricson (7 goals, 4 assists) is tied for 2nd in goals.

–The Prince George Spruce Kings are on the road to play four games in five nights starting this evening against the Chiefs in Chilliwack. The 6-2-0-1 Spruce Kings are tied with the Chiefs for first place in the BCHL Mainland Division, although Chilliwack has a game in hand. Prince George will also visit Powell River Friday, Nanaimo Saturday and Alberni Valley Sunday.

–The 6-1-1 Major Midget Cariboo Cougars visit the 0-6 Thompson Blazers Saturday and Sunday in Chase. The Cariboo Cougars are in 2nd place in the BCMML, three points behind the 8-0 Vancouver North West Giants. The Midget Cats next home games are October 25Th (7:15pm) & 26th (9:30am) at Kin 1 against the South Island Royals.
