Prince George Spruce Kings forward Ben Poisson has committed to the University of Maine for the 2019-20 season.
The 1999 born Poisson was named the BCHL Most Sportsmanlike Player this season after racking up 51 points (22 goals) and only two penalty minutes in 53 games.
With Ben returning for his final year in 2018/2019, he will play alongside his brother Nick Poisson, who committed to the Spruce Kings last week.
The Spruce Kings have a dozen players from the 2017/2018 team with post-secondary commitments, including 11 to the NCAA, and 1 to USPORTS.
