Highway resurfacing is underway on Highway 97 between Azouzetta and Mount Solitude, two hours north of Prince George. This includes 40 km of asphalt resurfacing between Honeymoon Creek Bridge and Big Boulder Creek Bridge.

According to provincial data supplied to MyPGNow.com, there are between 17,000 and 18,000 operational $10-a-day childcare spaces in B.C. This accounts for 10 percent of all licensed childcare spots in the province, with the remaining 90% not part of the program.
