The air in Prince George has cleared up as the air quality advisory in place due to the dust is now over.
However, the advisory is still in place for Burns Lake, Quesnel and Smithers.
The BC government website states an air advisory is only issued when pollutant concentrations approach or exceed predetermined limits or when degraded air quality episodes are expected to continue or worsen.
The advisory was implemented yesterday (Tuesday) morning.
