Prince George and many areas in Southern and Central BC could be impacted by wildfire smoke.
Environment Canada put out a Smoky Skies Bulletin for much of the province that could last from 24 to 48 hours.
People are advised to try and limit their exposure to smoke, and Environment Canada recommends:
- Staying inside if you have breathing difficulties.
- Use an air conditioner if you have one.
- Consider going to a public place like a mall or a library as they have air filtering.
