BC Hydro’s website power has been restored to most people in the area, but crews are still working to restore power to 13 customers in the Shane Crescent area.
BC Hydro estimates power will be back on around 8:30 pm tonight.

BC Hydro crews are on-site working to restore power to 589 customers between Massey Drive and Ferry Avenue.
According to BC Hydro Spokesperson Bob Gammer, the power has been out since around 1:45 this afternoon (Wednesday) and was caused by a motor vehicle accident.
He said it’s too early to tell when the lights can come back on.
“The crew needs to get a good assessment of what’s damaged, what needs to be fixed, and they would have a better sense of the time for getting the lights back on for these customers,” Gammer said.
