Quinton Pavin scored four goals for the Hitmen who claim their second consecutive Senior C title.

The Prince George Posse captured a bronze medal in the B Division at the 2019 Subway-BC Lacrosse Association Minor Box Midget Provincial Championships in Langley. The Posse beat Port Moody 6-3 in the third place game.

The BC Minor Baseball Bantam AA Championship will begin Thursday (Aug 1st) in PG at Nechako Park.

Host Prince George Knights are among 12 teams in the field.

Andrei Vasilevskiy has signed an eight-year, $76 million extension with the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The deal will make Vasilevskiy the third-highest paid goaltender behind Carey Price and Sergei Bobrovsky.
