After a two-year absence, the Annual Civic Light Up in Prince George is coming back to Canada Games Plaza.
It will take place on Sunday (December 4th).
The celebration will feature a slew of activities and occur alongside the Festival of Trees which is inside the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre.
The Tree of Lights will be lit at 5:55 p.m. outside Canada Games Plaza.
A full list of activities include:
- Live entertainment.
- Street hockey with the Prince George Spruce Kings.
- Free skating at Kopar Memorial Arena from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Free craft session at the Two Rivers Gallery from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Fun Mascots.
- Special guest, Santa Claus.
Hot cocoa and holiday treats will be served and a fireworks show will follow at 6 p.m.
