T-Wolves MSOC add Chilliwack full back to the fold

The UNBC Timberwolves men’s soccer backline is getting a boost of size and playmaking ability.

Head coach Steve Simonson announced today (Thursday)  Luke Graham has committed to the program.

“The whole experience at UNBC was super welcoming. Everybody was coming up to me, dabbing me up and introducing themselves. It seems like a great community that has been built and I’m excited to be a part of it,” remarked Graham who visited UNBC alongside fellow recent commitment Mehdi Bounaaja back in January.

His plan is to study Anthropology.

Graham, a soon-to-be graduate of Unity Christian School, tries to pattern his game after Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold. Graham stated, “I’m a passer. I love seeing through the field, seeing through lines and picking out difficult passes to execute and making them work.”

“He’s a good playmaker, and can pass the ball really well,” added Steve Simonson. “He’s got a varied skill set. He’s a solid body that can help us defend, but he can also join the attack. His versatility as a defender is going to be huge for us.”

At the club level, Graham most recently suited up for Coquitlam Metro Ford Soccer Club SPL.

Graham is a multi-sport athlete who also excels in both basketball and golf.
