The CL70 Challenge

Help us at Carrier Lumber celebrate 70 years in business!If you haven’t heard of us before, we are an independently and locally owned and operated sawmill located just south of Prince George.
As we sat down and started thinking of ideas of how to celebrate our 70th anniversary, we quickly realized that in light of the past year, now more than ever, we needed to do something that would involve our whole community, would bring people together, and would have the potential to be transformative for groups that may have been neglected during the COVID-19 pandemic.
With those criteria in mind, the CL70 Challenge was born.
But what is the CL70 Challenge? In short, the CL70 Challenge is two things:

A weekly prize draw – seven weeks of prizes valued at $700 each.
A treasure hunt – we’ve come up with a riddle, that once solved, will lead you to the hidden CL70 cache. If you are the successful finder of the CL70 cache, you will take home $7,000 for yourself, as well as $7,000 for six other causes, subject to the Complete CL70 Challenge Rules, Terms and Conditions.

The CL70 Challenge is open to everyone everywhere; all you need to do to start winning is sign up at CL70.ca!
While The Riddle and The Basics, along with the rest of the CL70 site went live on August 2, 2021, there’s no deadline on when you have to sign up by, but keep in mind that the sooner you sign up, the better your odds of finding the CL70 cache first!
Why do we need participants to sign up? Mostly so we know the pool the prizes will be drawn from, but also so that they know the rules, terms, conditions, and risks before they decide to participate.
